Street Closings Streets around the town square and in the parade staging areas are closed to vehicle traffic during the festival . Most events and activities at our Tulip Time Festival are within walking distance of a four-block radius of the town square . Moving around is part of the festival . Be sure to wear comfortable shoes !

Parking Limited parking is available downtown or within walking distance . These spots tend to fill up early in the morning . Thank you for abiding by all “ no parking ” signs !
Parking lots are available from 9:00am to 6:00pm for $ 10 per vehicle , CASH ONLY . Shuttles take you to downtown Pella and back , running frequently until 10:00pm and included in the price of parking . Note : Not all shuttles are equipped with handicap accessibility and many parking spaces may require significant walking to board the shuttle . ​

Shuttles Golf cart shuttles are available to transport visitors along a route from the Scholte Church to the Dutch Market from 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm . Single rides ($ 2 ) and daylong passes ($ 5 ) may be purchased directly from shuttle cart drivers . Golf carts pick up and drop off passengers at designated sites only .
