Amenities Immanuel Reformed Fellowship offers a Family Rest Stop located behind Franklin Street Clothing ( 612 Franklin Street ). The entrance faces the alley behind the store . The Family Rest Stop offers a private area for nursing mothers , free popcorn , coffee , water , and a single stall bathroom . Third Church will have nursing and changing areas , along with the wheelchairs and first aid tent , all located on the west side of Central Park . Refreshments will be available . Second Reformed Church hosts a
baby changing and nursing station inside the “ Gathering Space ” of the church building , located at 612 Broadway Street . Available 1-7 p . m .

Parking Limited parking is available downtown or within walking distance . These spots tend to fill up early in the morning . Paid parking lots with shuttles to downtown Pella are available for $ 8 per vehicle . Shuttles run frequently and are included in the price of parking . Lots are located at 1417 Washington Street , Delta Building A ( Use Highway 163 Exit 40 and follow the signs ), Friday and Saturday only ; and 300 Eagle Lane , Pella Christian High School ( Use Highway 163 Exit 44 and follow the signs ), Saturday only . Limited handicap parking is available on a first-come , firstserved basis at the Pella Public Library parking lot with access from Liberty Street .
Getting Around
Streets around the town square and in the parade staging areas are closed to vehicle traffic during the festival . Most events and activities are within walking distance of a four-block radius of the town square . Walking is part of the festival . Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes . Golf cart shuttles are available for your convenience . Golf cart shuttles are available to transport visitors along a route from the Scholte Church to the Dutch Market . Single rides ($ 2 ) and day-long passes ($ 5 ) may be purchased directly from shuttle cart drivers . Golf carts pick up and drop off passengers at designated sites only .
