Third Church will have nursing and changing areas , along with the wheelchairs and first aid tent , all located on the west side of Central Park . Refreshments will be available .

Getting Around Streets around the town square and in the parade staging areas are closed to vehicle traffic during the festival . Most events and activities are within walking distance of a four-block radius of the town square . Walking is part of the festival ! Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes . Golf cart shuttles are available for your convenience . Golf cart shuttles are available to transport visitors along a route from the Scholte Church to the Dutch Market . Single rides ($ 2 ) and day-long passes ($ 5 ) may be purchased directly from shuttle cart drivers . Golf carts pick up and drop off passengers at designated sites only .
