PWR!™ Up for Parkinson’s Disease
Monday and Wednesdays, 11 am
PWR!™ is a comprehensive neuroplasticity-principled
program that integrates the latest research on Parkinson
Disease (PD) and Rehabilitation, Exercise, and Wellness. This
type of research-based integrated exercise and wellness
programming is necessary to counteract the inactivity, motor
deterioration, and symptoms of PD. PWR!™ is a PROACTIVE
program that allows you to optimize your brain change
(neuroplasticity), brain repair, and increase your desire to
participate in everyday life. Maximum six participants.

progressive program with a purpose to allow
all participants to make consistent gains over an eight-
week stretch. Our coaches are committed to make sure your
experience is not only fun and safe, but they are committed
to giving you a high intensity workout focused around strong
foundational moves. Teams will be running consistently.

BEST Protocol for Osteoporosis
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays,
October 4 – December 20, 11 am or Noon
This multi-week, proven protocol includes prevention, maintenance
and the potential reversal of osteoporosis for men and women. The
BEST program, designed by scientists at the University of Arizona,
is the gold standard for improving bone health in
post-menopausal clients with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, as well
as men experiencing bone loss. Maximum class size is six.

available at The J’s Wellness Center on Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday mornings. With this program, alumni of BEST Protocol
for Osteoporosis will have the ability to work out on different days
and times if needed.
