Nathan Dicks is working towards a Master’s degree in Exercise
Physiology at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is a
graduate research assistant at Force Science Institute, Ltd., which
is dedicated to studying the human dynamic in high stress, rapidly
unfolding force encounters with law enforcement officers. He is
currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®)
with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Dicks has served as a Military Police officer in both active and
National Guard components of the United States Army for the last
seven years. Dicks holds a Master of Arts degree from Webster
University in Business and Organizational Security Management
and a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State
University in Criminal Justice.
