ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Keith Chittenden is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist® (CSCS®) and a Tactical Strength and Conditioning
Facilitator® (TSAC-F®). He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise
Science from the California University of Pennsylvania, and is
currently a doctor of physical therapy student at the University
of Hartford. Chittenden has over 12 years of experience with
performance enhancement and post-rehabilitation for athletes of
multiple sports, police officers, and military personnel.
