Jeff Carroll is a government contractor and implements programs and progressive methodologies for the Tactical Human Optimization, Rapid, Rehabilitation, and Reconditioning (THOR3) program and 2/75 Army Ranger Battalion. His main duties are to support the focus of optimizing the physical and mental conditioning of United States Army Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel. He is responsible for training over 800 SOF personnel.
