Jewish religious leader once visited Jesus Christ. Like many people,
he expected that his good life would earn him a home in heaven
when he leaves this world.
Jesus replied to him, “Except a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Imagine how he felt at Jesus’ reply. Jesus explained
to him that the new birth is a spiritual change that can only be brought
about by God Himself. This is because the moment a sinner repents of
his sins and accepts Jesus as the only one who can reconcile him to God
through His precious perfect blood, he is born again.
Dear brother and sister, what Jesus told the man is also applicable to you.
We may try to live a good life but it cannot be good enough until we accept that Jesus has given his own life in place of our sins.
Salvation is available for you just like everyone else.
The bible teaches that if you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe
in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it
is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by
openly declaring your faith that you are saved.
So if you would like to receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, say the following simple prayer.
Dear Jesus, I acknowledge I am a sinner and that you died for my sins.
From now, I accept you as my Lord and saviour. Forgive me of my sins and
come into my life. Thank you for saving me.

Q: Why do I have to go to church,
can I not practice my faith at
home?
A: Church is important because we
are created to relate. When God
created everything He certified
everything Good with the exception of man being alone. When you
look through the scripture there
are many references to the importance of relationship and gathering of saints, let’s look at a few key
