Reverend Dr. Doral Reginald Pulley

celebrates over 30 years in ministry and has worked almost every capacity of the Church.

He has traveled across the country spreading the Word of God in an innovative manner that empowers people to change their environment. He is known for his ability to effectively train church leaders and to stimulate holistic growth and development.

At an early age, Dr. Pulley received salvation and demonstrated a love of God and church, which distinguished him from other children. He accepted his call to ministry at the age of 7 and was licensed as a minister at 12. He has served several churches in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area as assistant, associate, or senior pastor.

Dr. Pulley received his early education from the Baltimore City and County Public Schools; he received an Honors Scholarship to Morgan State University. While at Morgan, he founded Alpha Nu Omega Fraternity, Inc., the first Christian fraternity in the United States of America and was published in Who's Who among African American Males. In 1992, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Morgan with a Bachelor's of Arts in Religious Studies and Theology. He received his Masters of Science in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College of Maryland in 1996 and his Certificate of Advanced Study in 2000. He graduated in May 2010 with a Doctorate in Ministry in Pastoral Psychology from Graduate Theological Foundation.

Dr. Pulley is certified as a mental health professional by the National Board of Professional Counselors and by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

Dr. Pulley is the author of three books.

Dr. Pulley is the presiding bishop of the Church of the Everlasting Kingdom, a network of local assemblies, ministries and businesses throughout the United States.

Rev. Pulley is the proud father of two beautiful twin daughters, Brittney and Courtney, and one son, Doral, II.
