Henry Johnstone Morland Scott- Stokes ( B , 51-57 ); died 17.04.2022 . Son of HFSS , father of HAFSS . Co Prae ; New Coll Oxon , 2 PPE , MA . Financial journalist , Tokyo : Financial Times 1964-7 ( opened FT Tokyo bureau ), The Times 1967-69 and New York Times 1978-83 , becoming close friends with famous Japanese author Yukio Mishima . He then became extensively involved in the arts , especially with New York artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude on a joint work of art for Japan and America titled “ The Umbrellas ”. During the l990s he worked for several years for Mary Moore , the daughter of British sculptor Henry Moore and thereafter as a writer , editor and lecturer . Author of The Life and Death of Yukio Mishima 1974 and co-author of The Kwangju Uprising 2000 . A fantastic father , with a great love for Win Coll , calling his fellow Wykehamists “ treasures that stay with life ”. He married Akiko Sugiyama , who survives him together with their son .

He then worked for the Electronics and Industrial division of du Pont de Nemours 1960- 7 ; L Messel & Co 1968-84 , partner 1974 ; director corporate finance Shearson Lehman 1985-8 ; Managing Director Lombard Atlantic Bank NV 1989-95 ; chairman LA Investments Ltd 1989-99 ; financial consultant 1999-2009 . For many years he ran a successful dairy farm and loved golf , shooting and was an excellent cook . He has an unerring eye for a good picture and enjoyed reciting poetry . He married Sarah Elizabeth Anne Harmsworth in 1974 , who survives him .

Exhibitioner Trinity College Cambridge , Engl 2 ( ii ) 1963 . He then became a self-employed antiques dealer . He married Jennifer Greaves in 1963 , who survives him together with their 2 sons .

He took up a career in marketing : McCann-Erickson Advertising 1962-8 ; Beecham Products 1968-84 ; Guinness Brewing ( GB ), managing director 1985 . deputy managing director Guinness Brewing Worldwide 1992-7 ; non-executive director Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries ; corporate affairs director Diageo 1997- 2000 ; OBE for services to business 1987 . Charles Thomas Fordham Flower ( K , 53-56 ); died 7.5.2022 . Son of FF , brother of EJFF . Bisley 1956 . He worked as a brewer with the family firm Flower & Sons 1957-9 . He served with 17 / 21 Lancers 1959-63 , and then worked for Whitbread & Co . He married Catherine , who survives him .
