However , they warned that infrastructure can face headwinds in a rising interest rate environment , leaving highly indebted companies vulnerable . Political or regulatory decisions can also have an impact . “ Nevertheless , we believe many of these issues are alleviated by the team ’ s impressive understanding of these forces ,” the analysts finished .
