Business Help Center

At BBB , we strive to create new products and share valuable information that helps Accredited Businesses grow . Often , small businesses do not have the time or resources to manage their online reputation . That is why we have introduced the BBB Business Help Center — a set of tools and resources for Accredited Businesses with 25 employees or fewer . Here are a few things to expect from the Business Help Center .
Online Profile Monitor . This tool checks popular online platforms to ensure that the business information on BBB . org matches what ’ s on Google , Facebook and Yelp . The monitor identifies mismatches and guides businesses on how to fix them .
Broken Links . Broken links can be challenging to find and create a bad impression to potential customers . This monitor pings the links on your website , identifies those that are not working and alerts businesses to make the necessary changes .
Keyword Rankings . This tool lets businesses see how well their keywords are performing in search engines . For example , during a heatwave , HVAC companies ’ keywords are likely to perform better than they do when temperatures outside are cold .
Spell Check Monitor . This is just what you ’ d guess . It scans web content to identify possiblwe misspellings on a website . It saves businesses time and gives them the opportunity to fix any issues .
These are just a few examples of what BBB offers to Accredited Businesses . Check your inbox for these helpful tools , and if you have any questions , don ’ t hesitate to contact your customer engagement specialist at 800.621.8566 .
