Spring Break Alert
Renew and pick up your Zoo Membership
before it gets too WILD out there!
Area schools including Indiana districts will be
releasing students for spring or session breaks
as early as March 19 (pending snow days). JCPS
break is April 2 – 6. Spring break is the busiest
time of the year for our membership staff. Be sure
to renew early and pick up your membership card
before spring break.
How to Renew

Reminder: We do not mail membership cards.
To pick up your membership card, a named
member must visit the Zoo in person, so head out
for your first spring visit before mid-March.

Faster to the Fun
Follow these TIPS for the
quickest entry into the Zoo:
• Check your membership status. Expired? Renew
ONLINE at LouisvilleZoo.org and use the emailed
temporary pass to enter; if lines are long, get your
card on your NEXT visit.
• Consider confirming your membership details
before your first visit: LouisvilleZoo.org/member,
“manage profile.” Verify your membership level,
names, number of kids (if included), address, phone
number and email. Accuracy speeds things up.
• Bring your MEMBER CARD and PHOTO ID. We
verify your membership by scanning the card and
checking your photo (member photo on file or Photo
ID.) Photos are not printed on cards. Don’t have a
photo on file? Stop by member services with your
photo ID or wait until your next visit if lines are long.
• In season, the front plaza member booth will be open
for all your membership needs: purchases, renewals,
card pick up and photo. Admission windows # 7,
8 & 9 also offer member services and express
services like card pick up on very busy days .
