During the month of April, enjoy weekend activities and cool displays by our eco-partners to learn how you can do your part to help our planet. Plus, there will be ZooPoopyDoo compost and mulch sales, weekend recy- cling programs, fun contests and more. Here are some highlights: Earth Month Kick-Off Saturday, March 24 at 11 a.m. See how local students turn trash into treasure in our annual Trashformation Art Contest. View winning displays and attend the press conference at 11 a.m. when we’ll announce this year’s winners. There will also be a Jam session led by Louisville Orchestra Music Director Teddy Abrams for students entering in the new musical instrument category.
