Take advantage of special pricing for your pack or troop and visit various learning stations that relate to journeys, or belt loops and pins. Scouts and Girl Scouts of all ages can enjoy the Zoo while exploring ways to help protect our planet and receive a one-ofa-kind Louisville Zoo participation patch! SCOUT ONLY NIGHT SAFARIS Looking for a unique overnight adventure? Louisville Zoo Night Safari programs offer the intimate experience of having the Zoo and our education team to yourselves for what will certainly prove to be an exciting night to remember. The experience begins at 6 p.m. with dinner by Moe’s Southwest Grill. Animal encounters, education activities and a night walk through the Zoo will keep your group engaged until lights out at 11 p.m. After a light continental breakfast including Krispy Kreme doughnuts, your group will enjoy a guided morning tour. The Night Safari experience ends at 10 a.m. but you and your guests are welcome to stay for the following day. Jaws, Claws & Paws Date: April 30 (Girl Scouts) May 14 (Cub Scouts) Cost: $45.00 per person (adults and scouts) Chomp! Scratch! Pounce! Join the Louisville Zoo’s education team on an overnight adventure as we explore the adaptations of predators and the essential roles they play in their food webs. Scouts will spend the evening observing how the hunters catch their prey (and how the hunted get away)! Scouts must be accompanied by a paid adult. Ages 5 & up.
