PHILANTHROPY
Our Pledge to you
Your Zoo is home to some of the most amazing species on the
planet. We are 100 percent invested in providing all 1,200+ animals
that live here with world-class care and enrichment while tirelessly
working to protect the wellbeing of these species worldwide. We
are committed to this work because it is the right thing to do for the
animals, our planet and future generations. We are also committed to
ensuring as many people as possible are introduced to these beautiful,
special creatures.
We have been, and pledge to continue to be, your trusted expert on
animal care and the educators for your friends and neighbors about
conservation and sustainability. This is our mission – the heart and soul
of what we do.
You support our role in conservation and our place within the
community and region by continuing to make us your #1 choice for
family fun. Your membership, admission tickets and philanthropic gifts
support our efforts to conserve species, care for animals, educate our
community and help you and your family make special memories.
Today we are asking you to support our commitment to the animals
with a gift to the Louisville Zoo Fund. You can feel proud to know
your investment will have direct, immediate impact and benefit to the
animals at your Zoo.
For example, a gift of $75 will provide a day’s worth of fish for all
seals and sea lions in Glacier Run. Gifts of $500 will purchase a 1-day
supply of produce for our gorillas in Gorilla Forest.
To learn more or to make your gift today, please visit us online
at LouisvilleZoo.org/zoofund or contact the Development Office at
