Renew and pick up your Zoo
membership before it gets too
WILD out there! FASTER TO THE FUN
Area schools including Indiana districts will be
releasing students for spring or session breaks as early
as March 18 (depending on snow days). JCPS break
is April 1 – 5. Spring break is the busiest time of the
year for our membership staff, so help us help you. Be
sure to renew early and pick up your membership card
before spring break. 1. Check your membership status. Expired?
Renew ONLINE at LouisvilleZoo.org and use your
emailed temporary pass to enter. If lines are long,
get your permanent card on your NEXT visit.
2. Download the FREE Virtual Membership
Card App. Not having a physical card is not
only quicker and easier for you, it is better for
the environment.
3. Consider confirming your membership de-
tails before your first visit: Go to LouisvilleZoo.
org/member and “manage profile.” Verify your
membership level, names, number of children (if
included), address, phone number and email. Ac-
curacy will speed up your entry.
4. Bring your MEMBER CARD and PHOTO ID. We
verify your membership by scanning the card and
checking your photo (member photo on file or
Photo ID). Photos on file are not printed on the
cards themselves and won’t be seen by anyone
outside of our staff. Don’t have a photo on file?
Stop by member services with your photo ID or
wait until your next visit if lines are long.
5. Weather and staff permitting, the front plaza
membership gazebo will be open for all your
membership needs: purchases, renewals, card
pick up and photos. To help move lines and get
you to the fun faster, Member Services Windows
# 7, 8 & 9 will offer express services on busy days.
Keep an eye out for signage to help direct you.

• Online at LouisvilleZoo.org/member
• At the Zoo member service windows #7, 8 or 9 or
the Membership gazebo located to the left of the
main gate before entering the Zoo.

REMINDER: We do not mail membership cards. To pick
up your membership card, a named member must visit
the Zoo in person, so head out for your first spring visit
before mid-March.
MEMBERSHIP CARD APP
Try our free Zoo Virtual Membership Card App.
This free app allows you to store an image of your
membership card on your iPhone/android device. Using
this app will let us scan and verify your membership
information directly from your smart device. If we have
your photo on file, you can go through the gate without
a membership card or photo ID. For information and
