"For me, summer is my escape. When the weekend hits there is no hesitation or delay. Without question, every Friday will be spent in the car heading deep into the mountains with friends. I have already prepped meals, packed the cooler and packed the car the night before so as soon as the workday is over we are on the highway and getting the heck out of town. There is nothing better than leaving the busyness of the big city and disappearing for a few days, disappearing to somewhere with no cell phone service, no traffic, just you, your pals and the great outdoors. It's rewarding and it is refreshing, providing a much-needed break from everyday life."
