Franklin Antonio Hall will be a major new engineering building merging interdisciplinary research , active learning and commercialization of discoveries . Research “ collaboratories ” will allow students to participate in intellectual

The new UC San Diego Blue Line trolley stop creates a new front door to campus , where the Design and Innovation Building offers immediate access to new concepts and novel ideas and the Epstein Family Amphitheater will give a front-row seat to artistic and cultural performances . Further down the Blue Line — downtown , in fact — UC San Diego Park & Market will provide a mix of highly accessible learning and collaboration spaces .
Library Walk
The North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood is a new model of campus development — a vibrant mixed-use community of residential , academic and administrative spaces , including the new Craft Center ( see p . 34 ) among many other amenities . And just south of Revelle College , the Theatre District Living and Learning Neighborhood will provide housing , restaurants and open space areas that enhance an already world-class theatre experience for students and the community alike .
Gilman Drive
Triton Pavilion will transform our university center into a vibrant crossroads at the heart of campus . Its centerpiece is the Alumni Center , where alumni will return to share their life experience and professional expertise with students and complete the cycle of Triton excellence . Alumni will soon have the chance to be a part of this landmark with an engraved brick program . Stay tuned to Triton to be among the first alumni to leave your legacy on this upcoming university icon .
