King Triton went all the way to the finals this summer in the 2021 Mascot Mania competition hosted on Instagram by apparel company Tokyodachi . Though besting last year ' s champ , UC Irvine ’ s Peter the Anteater , the king ultimately fell to the University of Houston ’ s cougar . LONG LIVE THE KING !
