Now More Than Ever
Fifty years ago , students demanded that UC San Diego ’ s Third College , now known as Thurgood Marshall College , be an answer to the social injustices they saw at the time . Given today ’ s fervent calls for social change , the work of the college then and now takes on a whole new meaning .
