Sites to Visit
The term mHealth was coined by Professor Robert Istepanian as use of “emerging mobile communications and
network technologies for healthcare.” We strongly believe in the use of these emerging technologies and aim to
keep you abreast of new, important or simply interesting resources which are freely available to you via the
internet. Over the years, in the Sites to Visit section of the TRIMESTER, we have included many useful
websites for the staff and students of the Rotunda Hospital. Here we collate as many of those resources as a
quick reference for you. We will continue to add to this list on the library section of the Rotunda Staff Website.
