Free, Independent CPD for Irish doctors by Irish doctors
M
ed iLearning is a new online continuing professional
development site for Irish doctors and healthcare
professionals. MediLearning believes it to be an the
ideal vehicle for completing your personal, self-directed CPD
requirements - and it is free.
Med iLearning is an affiliate of the Medical Independent newspaper
which is published by GreenCross Publishing. Once registered,
medical professionals can earn CPD credits by completing
educational modules. On completion of each module, CPD
hours, modules details, and any learning notes will automatically
be logged in the user's personal online CPD log.
Med iLearning content is provided for the most part by Irish
doctors. Each module lists the author's name and credentials.
Each module is designed to be completed within the time
designated on the Module Introduction page. This is an estimate
of the maximum time required to complete the specific module
and is determined by the format and content of the module.
Users should claim only those credits that reflect the time
actually spent on the activity.
