Lance May began his real estate career in 1997 and quickly established himself as the industry leader in the sales and marketing of real estate
properties along the Wasatch Front. Over the next 20 years, his innovative mindset provided the sales and closings of more than 3,000 homes
in the State of Utah which additionally earned him numerous sales and marketing awards on a local and national stage. Lance enjoys the
relationships he grows with buyers and sellers on a daily basis. He brings a rare culmination of experience to the table with each property he
represents, be it the single home or the master planned community.
CINDY WHITE

A wise woman once said, “Answer your phone and keep clients happy.” That wise woman was Cindy White. If she has learned
anything over her 16-year real estate career it is that a realtor’s phone is their greatest tool. Her commitment to each of her clients
is to deliver honest, reliable real estate services. Cindy’s expertise in real estate stems from her love of the Salt Lake valley, the place
where she grew up. She graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s in mass communications. Cindy has been a top
producing agent specializing in new construction projects and resale encompassing most of the Salt Lake Valley. Prior to her real
estate career, she was a property manager for 12 years.
MIKE STARK

Having grown up in a large, competitive family, Mike quickly learned what it took to rise to the top. This quickly transferred from sports
to his career. Mike’s father was a broker so he was always involved in construction and real estate. This experience helped lead him into
buying, selling and improving all types of residential real estate projects. Mike has been heavily involved in all aspects of residential
properties since he moved from Southern California to Utah. His Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management paired with 20 years of
experience in all aspects of new home construction, makes him the perfect agent to help you through the new construction process.
BRIANA MALLORY
Office Manager
Briana comes from a family that lives, eats and breathes new construction and real estate. So she joined the family trade and received her real
estate license in 2004. From the beginning, she had the opportunity to work with some of the industry leaders and quickly learned how to
manage a business with integrity and true care.
Briana is passionate about traveling with friends and family. As most Utahn’s do, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband. They love skiing,
whitewater rafting, camping, and hiking with their two dogs.
