A dog walking park adds to the experience of London ' s newest downtown park which also hosts a disc golf course and pickle ball courts . The Wellness Park off KY 192 Bypass is nestled behind the Laurel County Public Library and the Laurel campus of Somerset Community College . This complex offers an all-inclusive playground for children with mobility and sensory disabilities , basketball courts , hiking trails and a skateboard park . Wellness Park also gives a glimpse into the coal mining history with two former mining towers offsetting a shelter area .
