TEENAGE YEARS As a teenager my grandpa had to work at multiple jobs for his money. His 1 st paying job, as a teenager, was when he was 13. He worked on a farm making hay bails. For each bail he had to cut the hay, rake it into wind rose. Then bail it, load it into the truck, drive it into a farm. Next he had to stack it and cover the hay, then repeat multiple times getting 5 cents per bail. At the age 14 he was able to drive. His first car he paid for off a lot was a 1958 Chevrolet 2 door, low mines, he bought it like new for $115. Today this same car will be about $30-$40 thousand.
