By: Christell Foote
This addicting game
has hit top charts in
the app store or has
it? On February 10,
the creator of Flappy
Bird, Dong Nguyen,
took the app off the
app store. Meaning
no one can purchase
it, and if you delete it
it’s gone forever.
One of the
reasons Nguyen
decided to shut
down Flappy Bird
was because across the social
media network, Twitter, a lot
of negativity was being talked
of the app. Nguyen
even received
death threats across
Twitter about how
frustrating the app
is. Also Nguyen
hit, so it
has been
very time
consuming
for him,
and he
didn’t want
that.

All you do is
tap the screen
and try to get
the bird inbetween the

is actually

through the down
tubes without the app

EC Stanzel said,
“I like the new
updates because it
crashes less and I
like how the bird

changes each
time, so it is not as
boring.”
From the looks
of it, Flappy Bird
seems to be a
