On February 10, the creator of Flappy Bird, Dong Nguyen, took the app off the app store. Meaning no one can purchase it, and if you delete it it’s gone forever.   One of the reasons Nguyen decided to shut down Flappy Bird was because across the social media network, Twitter, a lot of negativity was being talked of the app. Nguyen even received death threats across Twitter about how frustrating the app is. Also Nguyen hit, so it has been very time consuming for him, and he didn’t want that.   The addicting game has captured everyone’s didn’t attention. expect “It’s fun, the app pointless, but so to be such a addicting!” said seventh grader Rebecca Russell.
