Project Manager
Jesper has worked for TRESU Group since 2013 first as a Design Engineer, and now he holds
a position as Project Manager. I have a background as production technologist specialised in
innovation and design. After I completed my education in 2007 I worked for several years as
design engineer and project manager, and for a while I was also self-employed.
In 2013 I started my career at TRESU Group where I am now working with project management
of high-end, state-of-the-art flexo printing machines in close co-operation with national and
international customers in e.g. Germany, USA and Slovakia. Our customer portfolio ranges from
mid-sized to multi-national companies.
After the order is closed, I take over the project directly from the sales department. During the
project it is important to have good relations and a close co-operation with the customer to
comply with their wishes and requirements for their new machine and to offer a high service
level during the entire project phase. My job comprises many tasks such as internal project
management, preparation of time and resource plans, management responsibility for the
project participants, financial follow-up, procurement, installation follow-up, preparation of
documentation, machine commissioning, research and design of technical solutions, and
preparation of machine layout and machine drawings in SolidWorks.
My role as Project Manager is extremely challenging and varied because I cover so many areas
starting with customer contact, time schedules, generation of ideas and new development of
technical solutions to management, finance, installation of the machine and service follow-up.
You become the glue that keeps the projects together from the sale to the production-ready
machine.
In this way you get in close contact with the customers and suppliers but also to all departments
of TRESU such as Sales, Logistics, Shipping and Service. One day you are attending a meeting
with a customer and are discussing everything from ground-breaking
technical solutions to prices while the next day you have to
consider how the machine has to be built in order to be
shipped and serviced after the installation.

follow-up, detail planning of resources and a general
view of a project which will contribute to TRESU being

at the right price.
