RASMUSSON BRINGS MEP SOFTWARE EXPERTISE TO AYRES
Don Rasmusson has joined Ayres as an MEP software project manager based in St . Paul . Rasmusson is responsible for overseeing the continued development of the company ’ s productivity software based in Revit .
Rasmusson is engaging with our clients around the nation to understand what mechanical , electrical , and plumbing design technologies they are currently using , and he ’ s identifying opportunities for process improvement through additional technology and service offerings we provide , including our Mechanical Productivity Pack software .
He has experience with hiring and training staff , leading drafting and design initiatives , building an MEP consulting services / sales unit , and leading MEP business development activities . Rasmusson specializes in Revit MEP , AutoCAD MEP , Navisworks , Plant 3D , and P & ID , and he has implemented MEP technology solutions including Autodesk , Bluebeam , Leica , 3DR , Microsoft , and CTC Express Tools . He has numerous connections in the software industry , including contractors , engineers , architects , product manufacturers , and third-party content developers .
Rasmusson holds a bachelor ’ s degree in applied management and an associate ’ s degree in mechanical design from Dunwoody College of Technology .
PROVIDO TAKING ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT POSITION
Ronson Provido has joined Ayres ’ MEP Division as market sector leader in the Los Angeles area office . Provido is a highly accomplished , enthusiastic , and motivated professional with expertise in electrical design , project management , lighting design , lighting controls , power distribution , and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ( LEED ).
His responsibilities include spearheading business development as well as mentoring , supporting , and directing staff . He also delivers MEP design for projects , including world-class commercial facilities .
Provido holds professional engineer licensure in California , Colorado , Nevada , New Mexico , Texas , and Georgia . He earned a bachelor ’ s degree in electronics and communications engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology .
RAZMARA LEADING ELECTRICAL DISCIPLINE
Hassan Razmara has joined the California staff of our MEP Division as electrical discipline leader . Razmara supervises the electrical engineering staff and performs design and quality assurance / quality control tasks . He also attentively forges long-term relationships with our clients and mentors and inspires staff to expand their skills .
His over 25 years of project experience includes the design of full electrical systems , power transmission / distribution systems , electric vehicle charging stations , photovoltaics , fire protection systems , lighting , security / access , and emergency power generation . He performs electrical system studies and calculations including arc flash , load , harmonics , voltage drop , lighting , short circuit , and coordination . He has served clients in the private sector as well as Caltrans , Orange County , and the City and County of Los Angeles .
Razmara ’ s regulatory knowledge includes NEC , CBC , NFPA , and Title-24 . Razmara earned a bachelor ’ s degree in electrical engineering from Tehran University and is a registered professional engineer in electrical engineering in California . He is an ISO 9000-2000 Quality Management System certified auditor .
PROJECT , DESIGNER EARN HONORS
The Wisconsin Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects honored Ayres and one of its landscape designers during a recent awards presentation .
Ayres received a Visibility Award for the transformative power of the master plan it developed to assess 52 Milwaukee neighborhood playfields .
