The Key Ingredients

Most projects aimed at designing redevelopments or urban experiences involve the same principles but different applications – all underpinned by safety . Common components include :

• Enhanced walkability
• Climate friendliness / shade structures ( for warmer climates like Florida )
• Convenient parking options , including electric charging stations
• Programming to activate the streets
• Public art
• Bike facilities
• Pedestrian crossings
• Sustainable elements
• Street configurations
