It ’ s been several years since Ayres assisted with the master planning and design of a new development in Altoona , Wisconsin , and to say it has been a success would be an understatement . The River Prairie development has been transformed from an undeveloped highway interchange into a central community park and bustling destination with frequent events all year round that are a hit with residents and visitors alike .
