Delfosse promoted to Vice President of architecture

David Delfosse , initially hired as a senior project manager and architect , was recently promoted to vice president of architecture . With over 21 years of experience , Delfosse has extensive expertise in sustainable and energyefficient building design in commercial , industrial , manufacturing , and
Delfosse previously worked for an energy expert and national leader in electrical planning , engineering , design , and installation . There he founded and led a construction management team that oversaw the design and construction of renewable energy projects and specialty building projects . He also acted as owner ’ s agent , consultant , and design and construction representative on key projects .
Delfosse oversees all architecture staff in Eau Claire , River Falls , and the Green Bay area .
Delfosse holds a Master of Architecture degree from
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor ’ s degree in architectural studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee . He is a registered architect in Wisconsin , Minnesota , Illinois , Michigan , Oklahoma , and Tennessee .
Engineer rejoins Ayres as Southeast Vice President
Subrata Bandy has rejoined Ayres as vice president of Ayres ’ Southeast Operations . Bandy , who was with Ayres from 1998 to 2005 , finished that tenure as vice president of engineering services . He has over 25 years of professional experience , mostly with consulting firms but also in the industrial sector .
Bandy ’ s senior executive experience in engineering , marketing , and operations management matches him well with Ayres ’ trajectory toward growth in the Southeast and around the nation . He ’ s managed or contributed to projects involving infrastructure planning and design , hydrologic and hydraulic studies , environmental impact statements , permitting and compliance , remediation , coastal restoration , and contamination investigations . He provided program management support to the U . S . Army Corps of Engineers for the rebuilding of hurricane protection systems after Hurricane Katrina .
Bandy holds professional engineer licensure in Florida and Louisiana and is a Six Sigma Black Belt . He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa , a Doctor of Science in environmental engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans , and a bachelor ’ s degree in civil engineering from Jadavpur University in Calcutta , India . Bandy is an adjunct faculty member with the University of South Florida , a guest lecturer with Florida Polytechnic University , and a member of the Industrial Advisory Committee of the Southwest Florida Water Management District . He is a past president of the Florida Association for Water Quality Control , past member of the board of directors for the Florida Local Environmental Resources Agencies , past chairman of the Integrated Water Resources Committee of the Florida Water Environment Association , and past chairman of the Nutrient Management Group of the Louisiana Water Synergy Project .
Silberhorn spearheading Western transportation expansion
Nathan Silberhorn recently joined Ayres as a transportation project manager in the Fort Collins office . As a senior project manager , he will lead transportation services in the West , joining Ayres ’ nationwide transportation engineering division , which has been completing projects large and small for decades .
