For 60 years, Ayres Associates has been
working shoulder-to-shoulder with
clients toward a better tomorrow for
them and those they serve, and we
firmly believe the Ayres Associates of
today is what it is because of the Ayres
it was then, a credit to our noble but
humble founder, Owen Ayres.
The structural engineer founded the firm on April 28, 1959,
setting the company on a course for success and instilling
many of the practices we follow to this day: working with
clients as a partner; offering smart, creative solutions
to clients’ needs; conducting business with the utmost
integrity; and providing employees not only a challenging
work environment but also the opportunity to advance and
