Planners,landscape architects to complement trusted engineers, architects
The planning and landscape architecture experts at SAA
Design Group are joining the engineering and architecture
professionals at Ayres Associates through Ayres’ acquisition of
SAA. As a result, Ayres will be able to deliver consultant ser-
vices for the entire project cycle, from early planning through
construction.
The former SAA staff brings a reputation for leadership in
planning and design of urban spaces, parks, campuses, and
other open spaces, as well as providing expertise in ecology
and bike/pedestrian facilities. These strengths dovetail with
Ayres Associates’ core services in civil, transportation, traffic,
structural, and water resources engineering, as well as ser-
vices in architecture, environmental science, surveying, grant
writing, geospatial services, and GIS.
The acquisition was finalized on February 27, bringing
together Wisconsin-based firms with a collaborative team
history and a shared culture in which smart project managers
forge long-term relationships with our clients while helping
them get the most out of their resources and nimbly handling
technical and regulatory hurdles.
