Above: While the kitchen plan is very functional
and utilitarian, the selection of materials ensures
its integration with the rest of the interior. Lightly
washed white oak cabinetry is used elsewhere in
the apartment, and the figuring on the Calacatta
island top adds some warmth to this surface. The
main functional part of the kitchen is on the back
wall, where a white Caesarstone top provides a
clean and simple worksurface.
