Ingram joins Ayres ’ Executive Team
Jason Ingram , who formerly served as vice president of Ayres ’ geospatial division , has been promoted to executive vice president . As part of Ayres ’ executive team , Ingram will provide oversight and leadership to all aspects of the business . His focus will be particularly sharp on efforts to enhance Ayres ’ visibility and stature in the industry .
Ingram joined Ayres in 1999 as a surveyor , and he ’ s been taking on growing responsibilities ever since . Geospatial , the firm ’ s largest division , provides land survey and aerial mapping services for a mix of public and private clients while also supporting many of Ayres ’ other services . Ingram has played a key role in Ayres ’ surveying and mapping technology development , exemplifying the type of innovation that delivers creative solutions to clients .
Ingram is involved in several national and state committees , including the American Council of Engineering Companies of Wisconsin Energy Committee , of which he is co-chair ; the ACEC National Coalition of Professional Surveyors Steering Committee ; and the ACEC National Water , Energy , and Environment Committee . Ingram is a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors , the Wisconsin Society of
Land Surveyors , and the Florida Survey and Mapping Society .
He earned a bachelor ’ s degree in land surveying from Michigan Technological University and holds professional surveyor licensure in Wisconsin , Iowa , Minnesota , Michigan , Florida , and Utah .
Ayres names new IT director
Sandie Tokheim has joined Ayres as director of information technology , bringing more than two decades of experience in information technology ( IT ) system management for large organizations .
Tokheim is based in Ayres ’ St . Paul office , and most of her professional experience is in the Twin Cities area , where she has been IT director for Innovative Blood Resources , information technology officer for the University of Minnesota , and software engineer for IC System . She ’ s also
been IT director for Coastal Community Action in Newport , North Carolina , and ACADEMI in Moyock , North Carolina .
She is committed to her profession , involving herself in the Information Systems Security Association , InfraGard Minnesota , and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers .
Tokheim holds a bachelor ’ s degree in computer forensics from Metropolitan State University in St . Paul and an associate ’ s degree in law enforcement from Century Community College in White Bear Lake , Minnesota .
Ashby promoted to manager of Development Services in West
Matt Ashby has been promoted to manager of the western operations of Ayres ’ Development Services Division . Ashby manages Ayres ’ planning , landscape architecture , and environmental efforts in the West and provides planning services on projects nationwide . He is based in Cheyenne , Wyoming .
With 20 years of diverse experience , Ashby served for seven years as the City of Cheyenne ’ s planning director , using his local roots and persistent drive to see projects through to successful implementation .
Ashby ’ s eye for innovation has been recognized by his peers , with project accolades including the American Planning Association ’ s Daniel Burnham Award – the highest award given for a comprehensive plan . In 2020 his team was recognized with the Governor ’ s Award for Best of Place for the Windsor Mill project in Windsor , Colorado .
