SAFETY TIPS
These new guided panel raisers with back cutter are for
router table use only. A heavy duty variable speed router
is required. The cutting edges must be staggered to each
other and take a number of passes by moving backfence
back after each cut. Refs. C183B & C184A include larger
bearings to change reveal size. For thinner panels the back
of the panel will not need to be moulded by the back cutter.
For straight work only.

PROFILE SCRIBING TOOLS & SETS
See page 55 for Routing Tips & Advice
Profile scriber tools and sets are for router table
use only. 1/4” and 8mm shanks should only
be used in a medium or heavy duty router. For
certain routers the aperture in the base may
need to be enlarged. A workholding device
should be used when cutting the scribe cut
on the rail ends. The cutting edges should be
staggered to each other. When using Easyset
Profile Scriber cutters take several passes.
