An X and Y-axis routing jig that allows different drainer grooves
to be routed in solid timber and solid surface worktops when
used with accessory inner plates.
Outer frame has 0.5° degree fall.
X and Y-axis ski and carriage allows forward
& back and side to side movement to allow
surfacing for recessed draining board design.
O Router carriage has hole to accept 30mm
guide bush and can be locked to allow parallel
groove routing for standard drainer grooves.
O Made from 12mm thick hard-wearing machined
high pressure laminate.
O Use with a router with 30mm guide bush fitted and
suitable cutter.
O Five accessory inner plates available to give various
groove effects, straight slot, straight fan, curved fan,
lightning fan and hot rod.
O Router carriage can also be used for surfacing applications.
O Outer frame has index holes at 50mm centres to restrict
length of slots and includes two index pins.
