ROUTING TIPS & ADVICE
ROUTING WORKTOPS
ACCURATELY
ONLINE
To get an accurate worktop
joint the 30mm diameter guide
bush must be positioned so that
it is concentric with the 1/2”
TCT cutter. If the cutter is not
concentric to the guide bush, the
finished joint will be poor.

To ensure concentricity for the guide bush for non-
Trend 1/2” routers, a universal sub-base Ref. UNIBASE
is required. This will fit directly to most routers and is
supplied with a line-up pin that is fitted to the router
collet to line-up the assembly. The sub-base can then
accept Ref. GB30/A guide bush.
