REDEFINING THE FACE OF GENDER

A few examples of brands that fit in with the Redefining The Face Of Gender trend are Zara, Maison Martin Margiela, Gucci and brands found at Selfridges.
In 2016, Zara released a genderless fashion range which included neutral, basic, staple pieces. Prior to this release, Selfridges created a genderless brand called Agender which similarly featured unisex clothing; although did not receive as much stigma as Zara Ungendered.
Gucci is well known for challenging gender stereotypes and producing nonbinary catwalk shows. John Galliano directed a Maison Margiela catwalk show which used gender-fluid models.
