We would be happy to provide you a list of the properties that we have sold over the past year . This list should contain addresses , property types , names of sellers / buyers , list prices , sale dates and sale prices .
CAN YOU GIVE ME A COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS OF RECENT SALES IN THE AREA AND HOMES CURRENTLY ON THE MARKET ?
We will provide you with a detailed market analysis for your home . It ’ s our objective to give you as much information as possible about the real estate market and the value of your home . Then you will be able to make well-informed decisions . The CMA should include listings and sale prices for recently sold homes as well as sale prices and the listing dates of homes currently for sale . IT should also include detailed property descriptions such as square footage and number of bedrooms and baths .
WHAT IF MY HOME ISN ’ T SELLING ?
