PROPERTY FEATURE SHEETS
REQUIREMENTS & AVAILABLE DESIGNS
We are constantly working to stay up-to-date with design trends and regularly provide new feature sheet designs for you and your clients to choose from . In this booklet , you ’ ll find samples of our latest designs that we have to offer . Should you need a feature sheet for one of your listings , there are a few things we will need from you to get started :
REQUIRED INFO :
• # of bedrooms
• # of bathrooms
• square footage
• car garage ( if any )
• property description from the MLS
• any other features of the house or property that you want highlighted .
• MLS # & price point are optional .
Every feature sheet can be created as a single page only or two-sided sheet . The marketing team will pick the best pictures for your feature sheets unless you specify which pictures you would like us to use .
SINGLE SIDED IMAGE REQUIREMENTS :
• 1 Exterior Picture to be used as the main image
• 3 interior or exterior images to be used as support images ( optional )
TWO-SIDED IMAGE REQUIREMENTS :
• 1 Exterior Picture to be used as the main image
• 3 interior or exterior images to be used as support images ( optional )
• 6 - 8 images for the back
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS : If you choose not to use a Hughes Group camera for your listings and hire a professional photographer , please be sure that your photographer gives you the rights to use the pictures on all marketing materials . When you receive your pictures from the photographer , please send us the high resolution final images or have your photographer send them over directly . Images that have been sized for the MLS are too small to use on feature sheets and are often a low resolution .
COLOR PALETTE : Colors of each template can / will be changed to match with the property photos .
TURNAROUND TIME :
• Feature Sheets are ready same day , unless the pictures have not yet been processed .
• Pictures will be processed within 24 hours from the time that we receive the camera card .
