Meet the

Jonah Family

The Jonah family enjoy the close ties felt by their traditions and culture which include sumptuous dishes created by Saleema Jonah (mother) and Raheela Jonah (Sister).

Deep family traditions go back many centuries in Pakistan and are the cornerstone to building strong family values. Such values have resulted in the building of SAVING SOULS MINISTRIES PAKISTAN. Saving Souls Ministries Pakistan is founded by the very young, energetic, Sandeel Jonah.

God touched Sandeel Jonah while was studying, prepare him to stand for the marginalized, deprived Christian community's children of Pakistan. When Jonah visited one of the area of his community, he was appalled to see the living conditions of the area's children and that was time when God indulged his heart to do something for these children who are beyond needy - the children who have no resources to enjoy good health, education, home, shelter and other basics of life. To us, these are basic necessities but to the needy children of Pakistan, these basics are luxuries!

Sandeel Jonah is working for the defenseless children of Pakistan who have no home, are forced to work, street wanderers and orphans. Indeed its a difficult and big task for him but he is doing all this with a courageous heart. This is the vision and mission of his ministry to uplift the deprived children of all categories.

Sandeel Jonah took a great step to convert his vision into practical work two years ago when he started this journey. At this time, he worked alone but seeing the value of his work and the extreme benefit to under priviledged children, his family members came forth to join this noble cause and are standing side by side to encourage this young man.

Right now his ministry is feeding more than 30 children with food, clothing, books, medicine and most importantly providing them space to know Jesus Christ. In this connection his sister joined him as teacher of the Sunday School. There are 45 children in Sandeel's Sunday school program.

The situation regarding children's health, education, protection, and many more other important issues that prevail in Pakistan is alarming. Jonah is feeding only 30 children at this time but there are many more children waiting for help, however lack of resources prevent him from extending.
