Recommendations
While many of these suggestions were insightful and helpful, it is also
important to note that the willingness of Tamil youth to actively serve the
community is varying and must be taken into consideration when planning
and executing future programs. As shown in figures 9 and 10, the involvement
of Tamil youth cannot be assured. This also suggests that future programs
should focus on incentivising the involvement of youth, rather than simply
implementing ideas and hoping they contribute.
