Use social media platforms to inform people and discuss issues
To recognize greater cultural diversity, some content could emphasize groups
with plural identities (e.g.: Indian Muslims) influenced by determinants such
as ethnicity and religion instead of merely race. Moreover, we could publish
content highlighting the practices of other groups, such as the Chinese, to
allow Indian youth to learn more about others.
We will target youth aged 18 and above as they are more likely to understand
the content. We hope to see healthy discussions on various groups and their
practices. This could be evaluated through regular social media analysis
which measures the reach of the posts and examines the type of comments and
content shared by users.

Social media could be used to inform people about various cultural practices
and to highlight significant themes. Easily accessible, social media would be
an ideal platform to reach out and engage youth and solicit their views
regarding various cultural practices. Articles and posters on Indian heritage
and culture could be created in multiple languages to promote greater
awareness and understanding.
