Throughout our history, creativity has been key to the way we approach problems, including pioneering in emerging fields. Now, over forty years later we have expanded both our services and our geography, but are still committed to that spirit of creativity and innovation as we tackle emerging issues and challenges in an evolving market. Moving forward, our strategy includes investing in high-margin organic growth opportunities as well as the pursuit of strategic acquisitions to enhance our service offerings and geographic footprint. Each acquisition target is carefully assessed, among other things, for strong cultural alignment. In FY14 we acquired two businesses that support our Energy segment growth, EMCOR Energy Services, Inc. (EES) and Utility Support Systems, Inc. (USS). EES enhanced our energy efficiency engineering capabilities for utilities, primarily in California. USS strengthened our distribution engineering and emergency response practices and expanded our footprint in the southeast and Texas.
