Today Takes Hold
The sun ’ s rising first makes its Tuesday appearance when ascending throughout the embracing neighborhood ’ s sage-tinged tide . A stark contrast to the prior ink-colored sky which enshrouded the city just minutes ago , a mere yellow and orange of merged hues surface to the oncoming morning ’ s atmosphere , the sun ’ s beaming rays fiercely blazing throughout the windows of each of the Self ’ s abodes . Crisp wind envelops the oncoming events of what the day will behold , dispelling the remnants of remembrance from the day before , trees dancing languidly in response to the wavings of the wind , evoking the serenity of what is nature . Bird chirps chorus among each other seamlessly and harmoniously , forming a cacophony of melodies , its chirpings blending out with the sound of the distant honking of the vehicles , signaling its entrance into the city . Trepidation sweeps throughout the open gates of the soul , waiting for something monumental to occur in a brisk sudden , but a bittersweet stillness overtakes and takes hold instead .
