Life on the River
“ PHOOOSH,” a white, blue-streaked blur slams into a six-foot lily pad and into the blue waves below. The abundant wildlife of Paraguay begins its song and dance of the day as the sun breaks above the horizon. In a small inlet, three bright-orange kayaks journey through the flora and fauna of the Rio Paraguay. Downstream, fishermen watch a motorboat lazily cruising by along the water.
