Four Nights On The Med
Indian Motorcycle has announced official support for IBEX26: The Iberia Experience, a new premium touring event that extends the spirit of the brand’ s community riding culture into the landscapes of Spain’ s Costa Blanca. Scheduled from 30 September to 4 October 2026, the four-night experience blends curated road riding, coastal hospitality and Iberian gastronomy into what organisers are positioning as one of Europe’ s most immersive motorcycle travel gatherings.
Created by Legendary Productions, the Prague-based team behind the established Indian Riders Fest, IBEX26 builds on that format but shifts the focus from largescale festival energy to a more intimate, destination-led experience. Limited to just 220 participants, the event will be based at the Hotel Occidental Pueblo Acantilado, a 4-star clifftop property overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and styled like a traditional whitewashed village. For the duration of the event, the hotel will be fully privatised, turning it into a dedicated base for riders and their passengers.
Jean-Marie Guyon, Founder of IBEX26 and Creator of Indian Riders Fest under Legendary Productions, describes the concept as both an evolution and a refinement of previous events.
“ IBEX26 is everything the Indian Riders Fest taught us, and then a completely new conversation,” he said.“ We wanted to create something where the hotel, the roads, the food and the community are all equal parts of the experience. The Costa Blanca in October is one of the finest motorcycling environments in Europe, and with IMRG Alicante designing the routes, we are confident these will be roads our riders talk about for years.”
At the centre of the riding program is the involvement of IMRG Alicante, the most active Indian Motorcycle Riders Group in the region. Their deep familiarity with the terrain has been used to shape three signature routes that showcase the diversity of the Costa Blanca’ s riding landscape, from coastal sweepers to high-altitude mountain passes.
Route A, at 115 kilometres, climbs into the Sierra de Aitana, combining ridge-line roads, mountain passes and a stop in the historic village of Guadalest. Route B stretches 140 kilometres inland through Xixona and Font Roja, culminating in the dramatic Xorret de Catí viewpoint, an area known for its steep ascents and panoramic ridgelines. Route C, the longest at 155 kilometres, blends cultural exploration with coastal riding, taking in Alicante’ s Castillo de Santa Bárbara and the Explanada de España before continuing through Villajoyosa and a stop at the famous Valor chocolate museum. Riders will be provided with GPX files, printed route notes and daily briefings, while guided group rides will remain optional, allowing guests to choose between independence and structured touring.
José Vicente Gomis Reig, President of IMRG Alicante and on-road route partner for IBEX26, said the project reflects a shared understanding of what makes motorcycling in the region special.
“ We know these roads better than anyone,” he said.“ We have ridden every one of them, and we know exactly which ones reward an Indian Motorcycle. It is a privilege to put that knowledge at the service of IBEX26 and the riders coming to the Costa Blanca this October.”
Beyond the riding itself, the event is designed as a fully immersive cultural experience. Each evening at the hotel will present a different interpretation of Iberian hospitality, from a poolside chef’ s barbecue to a Valencian paella night accompanied by live flamenco, a gourmet tapas gala, and a final dinner overlooking the Mediterranean. An Iberian Market Place will also bring regional artisan producers on site, offering tastings and direct engagement with local food and craft culture.
The experience is officially supported by Indian Motorcycle, reinforcing the brand’ s continued investment in lifestyle-led riding experiences that extend beyond traditional ownership. By aligning with IBEX26, the company is deepening its connection to the global riding community while supporting curated travel formats that combine motorcycles, culture and destination hospitality.
Tickets for IBEX26 are available exclusively as premium bundled packages that include accommodation and full event access. Pricing starts from € 889 per person for four nights on a half-board basis, with all activities included. Due to the exclusivity of the venue and format, capacity is strictly limited to 220 guests and allocations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
With its combination of carefully selected roads, Mediterranean setting and tightly curated group size, IBEX26 is positioning itself less as a traditional rally and more as a destination experience shaped around the rhythm of riding, regional culture and shared community. For Indian Motorcycle riders looking to extend their connection with the brand into a travel context, the Costa Blanca in early October may soon become one of the most sought-after dates on the calendar.
