The transformations across the weekend were visible. One participant said she couldn’ t believe how much she learned in just two days. Another said she finally felt confident to practise skills“ in a supportive environment” where she didn’ t feel like she had to apologise for not knowing something. Others spoke about the simple relief of having a space where they didn’ t have to compare themselves to faster or more experienced riders. A newcomer summed it up with what many felt:“ It was so nice to come and not have to think about anything else other than riding, learning, making new friends and having fun.”
This was more than coaching. It was community-building in its purest form— women cheering for each other, helping pick up each other’ s bikes, celebrating small victories, laughing through the nervous moments and discovering just how empowering it is to be surrounded by others who understand the unique challenges of entering the dirt bike world as a woman. By the end of the weekend, strangers had become friends, group chats had formed, and follow-up ride days were already being planned. For many, it was the first time they’ d ever ridden with
